How it works
Step 1:
The first consultation is about getting to know you and your requirements.
If we are doing online designing, you will need to provide us with floor plan with measurements, and photos of the space. In this phase we want to know more about your style and budget and to see some inspirational photos. Each project is personalized, your lifestyle needs are playing the key role in the design and all of the pieces are selected in accordance with them.
Step 2:
We are here for you in every stage of the process. If you are not sure where to begin your journey we can help you with the initial concept by creating a mood board with suggested interior styles, wall coverings, furniture, lighting, décor materials, patterns and colours.
Step 3:
In this stage we would go into details, look at your precise property dimensions, and draw detailed floor plan and elevations. If you wish, we can also provide 3D visualisations to make the space more realistic for you.
Step 4:
In your personalised shopping list you can find interior items with their prices. We will choose some of the key pieces and show you couple of options that are more economic or luxurious for you to choose between. During the whole process we have your budget in mind.
At the beginning of the process, we will tell you how much time we might need depending on your design package.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Developing project documentation for all project stages in Serbia (IDR, IDP, PGD, PZI) in accordance with the local regulations. This includes textual (technical description), numerical (areas, bill of quantities) and graphical (site plan, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, 3D visualisations, etc.) documentation for new buildings as well as for the reconstructions.
